Chunchao Guo
Distinguished Researcher, Tencent; Head of Hunyuan 3D and 3D World Models
Dr. Chunchao Guo is the Head of Hunyuan 3D and 3D World Models and a Distinguished Researcher at Tencent. His work focuses on the research, development, and real-world deployment of 3D generation, world models, and Agentic 3D. He has won 20 championships in prestigious technology competitions and published more than 30 papers at leading AI conferences. During his Ph.D. studies, he received the Outstanding Paper Award at the National Conference on Image and Graphics. He leads the development of the Hunyuan 3D series, which has been applied across gaming, social, cloud, and other scenarios. He also leads the development of the Hunyuan World series, one of the earliest open-source 3D world model projects in the industry. The team’s open-source Hunyuan 3D and 3D World models have surpassed 5 million downloads, attracting broad attention both in China and internationally and contributing to advances in 3D generation and world models.

Meanwhile, as fields such as embodied intelligence, world models, and Code Agents continue to advance, the integration of 3D generation with these emerging areas has attracted increasing attention. This talk will introduce the current R&D landscape and progress of Hunyuan3D, along with recent developments and future directions in 3D world model research.
